North Adams

The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (Mass MoCA), one of the largest contemporary art museums in the U.S., is less than one mile west of the mill (on Route 2), and a few miles further west in Williamstown are Sterling & Francine Clark Art Institute and Williams College Museum of Art. A short distance north in Vermont are Bennington Center for the Arts in Bennington and Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester. The Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge and the famed Tanglewood in Lenox are both less than an hour’s drive south.
