As part of Moresi & Associates Property Management services, all owners have access to an online owners’ portal.
All maintenance requests should be submitted through our online owners’ portal:

Association Fees
All Association Fees should be directed to Moresi & Associates Property Management, LLC.
- If you opt to pay by check, make them out to: Eclipse Mill Lofts Condominium Trust.

- All owners have the option to utilize Epay to pay their Association fees online using the owners’ portal.
Both EFT and credit card options are available. You can also can check your association fee account.
